Digital Marketing and Promotion: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including email marketing, paid search, social media, and display advertising. - Optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies, including discounts, sales events, and special offers.
Customer Experience and Engagement: - Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing strategies to improve website usability, navigation, and customer service. - Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty, including personalized recommendations and targeted marketing.
Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales metrics, traffic sources, and customer behavior. - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize e-commerce initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role, with a proven track record of driving online sales and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
