Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and proactive eCommerce and Fulfillment Executive to drive our online presence and fulfilment operations. This role is crucial for providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, reflecting the high standards of our in-store service. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and be prepared to lead our eCommerce team towards achieving our digital and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ECommerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
2. Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and prices.
3. Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales.
4. Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
5. Manage online payment gateways, resolve payment issues, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
6. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders.
7. Collaborate with the Logistics team and cross-department teams to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders.
8. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies and industry standards.
9. Process online orders from all online domains and manage order tracking and delivery status.
10. Pack orders and coordinate order processing to meet customer expectations.
11. Provide exceptional customer service, including answering queries, educating customers about products, and handling feedback.
12. Drive E-Commerce strategy, evaluating technology alternatives, mobile applications, and third-party sales channels.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in ECommerce operations.
3. Familiarity with ECommerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
4. Must be computer savvy with strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
6. Highly initiative with positive energy and a proactive attitude towards learning.
7. Ability to work weekends as required.
