Job description

The E-Commerce Executive role mainly responsible to support e-commerce operations by managing thumbnail and banner uploads, maintaining, and updating product listings, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management

  • Facilitate the setup and operational effectiveness of channel management, particularly with key platforms like Lazada, Shopee and Tik Tok.
  • Prepare monthly campaign on the key platforms (ie. Bundle Deals, Discount Promotion, Livestream Flash Sales, Campaign Templates).
  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations with third-party warehouses to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfilment for e-commerce activities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets through channel partnerships and marketplaces.
  • Foster relationships with e-commerce partners to understand category and brand performance, providing strategic insights to drive business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across all online platforms, maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Collaborate on enhancing business processes, customer service practices, and implementing innovative techniques for continuous improvement.

2. Online Content Management

  • Ensure the accuracy and optimization of product images, as well as compelling product titles and descriptions for SKUs and campaigns.
  • Identify and execute content strategies to enhance product information and customer engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce performance metrics including sales, pricing, listing content optimization, visibility, traffic generation, order management, and after-sales service.
  • Provide support to senior management on various ad hoc projects and responsibilities.
  • Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives, including but not limited to on-site activity, social media, display, eDM, SEO, and SEM.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and experience in an e-commerce will be an advantage for this role.
  • Outgoing personality and willing to go on livestream and work closely with the team on content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
  • Good teamwork, collaboration, networking skills.
  • Communication skills and Initiative to learn and add value.
