E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to oversee and optimize our online marketplace performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other platforms. This role will focus on strategic planning, platform relationship management, and driving sales growth through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for marketplace account managers to secure promotional opportunities and platform support.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve brand visibility.
• Analyze marketplace performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize listings and promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust pricing, bundling, and promotions accordingly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align digital campaigns and brand messaging.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges related to order fulfillment, platform compliance, and customer feedback.
• Oversee the work of E-Commerce Operation Executives, ensuring smooth execution of product listings, inventory management, and promotions.
• Report key insights and findings to management, recommending data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other online retail platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for platform relationship management.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and lead a small team.
