Assist with ecommerce operations across e-marketplaces and brand.com, inclusive but not limited to inventory management and customer service.
Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce performance metrics, including sales and traffic trends.
Support sales growth by working with both internal and external partners to plan and execute seamless online campaigns to achieve key performance metrics.
Work closely with the marketing team on e-merchandising and content to deliver an excellent customer experience online.
Conduct competitor research and analysis within the ecommerce industry to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
Support the implementation of new ecommerce initiatives, working cross-functionally to coordinate resources to support online channel development.
Support in any other ad hoc tasks as required.
