E-Commerce Executive

Basic Salary + Commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the brand team to drive exceptional E-Commerce growth and provide a seamless online experience for customers. This role requires a hands-on approach to planning, executing, and optimizing E-Commerce activities while fostering strong relationships with platform partners to maximize online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the brand team to deliver strong E-Commerce growth and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
2. Offer strategic guidance and operational support for E-Commerce demand generation, digital marketing, and business optimization.
3. Take ownership of planning, developing, and launching E-Commerce initiatives and promotional activities.
4. Manage and coordinate relationships across multiple platforms and business partners.
5. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to grow online revenue channels.
6. Conduct competitive and market analyses to stay ahead of industry trends.
7. Negotiate promotional packages with E-Commerce platforms to optimize profitability.
8. Create compelling designs and copywriting content for online marketplaces.
9. Host livestream sessions to enhance product engagement and customer interaction.

Requirements

1. Education : Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience : At least 2 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce management.
3. Skills : Strong negotiation skills for promotional packages with E-Commerce platforms.
   Proficiency in Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other E-Commerce platforms.
   Ability to design and create engaging content for online marketplaces.
   Comfortable hosting livestream sessions to promote products.
   Sales background is highly preferred.
