Job description
Responsibilities:
Managing large amount of incoming calls, order processing and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
Those with 2-3 years' experience will be considered for Senior CSO
