E- Commerce Assistant ( Sales KPI report / Online Marketing Campaign )

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the conceptualization and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across our online platforms.

• Analyze and report online sales KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, etc.).

• Manage order fulfillment.

• Handle customer inquiries via various platforms.

• Design, update, and manage content of all online platforms and ensure that product content, images, inventory, promotion mechanics, and pricing are updated timely.

• Provide administrative and operations support to the e-commerce team.

• Support the team with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in the field of marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.

• Proficient in the use of Photoshop and/or Illustrator.

• Experience in electronics products and e-commerce background will be an added bonus.

• Team player with good communication skills.
