E-commerce Assistant

Job Description:

The Online Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, analytical tasks, research, writing, listings, order processing, and e-commerce testing. Some remote work is allowed in this role. This is a good opportunity to participate in a new project in Singapore with future expansion to other SEA markets.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Creative mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Redmart, NTUC Online, Amazon) is a plus
• Currently pursuing or a graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge in artworks and collaterals will be a strong plus
