Well established Tripartite Bed Linen Company since 2006 with distribution of International License Brands to all established Retailers inviting interested candidates for the position of E Commerce/ Digital Marketing Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE

1. Manage and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on intero.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Q10 and TikTok, Retailers online portal) and create compelling campaigns.
2. Manage day-to-day tasks that include creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions.
4. Manage and update Facebook/Instagram, in-house website content, design, and features to ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
6. Conduct user testing to identify areas for improvement in website usability, customer journey, and overall user experience.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
8. Generate sales reports and work with the Finance Department for finance reporting, ensuring a smooth financial accounting process.
9. Support eCommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in E-commerce management and digital marketing.
2. 2 to 3 years of eCommerce experience with a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
3. Strong understanding of web design, website architecture, and SEO principles to optimize website performance and visibility.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision.
7. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to new ideas.
8. Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator/PrestaShop/Canva platform.
9. Photography skills will be an advantage.
10. Woocommerce, Shopify or WordPress knowledge preferred.
