You should have experience handling e-commerce marketplaces, particularly the Lazada platform, including managing product listings, analyzing sales data, and executing digital marketing strategies.

Manage and oversee e-commerce accounts across online marketplaces, ensuring optimal performance and growth
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign management
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to drive sales and enhance online presence
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Oversee customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms to ensure excellent customer experience
Manage ad-hoc e-commerce projects and initiatives to support business objectives
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce account management and platforms, especially Lazada, as well as digital marketing tools in a similar role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and abilit to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
