Duty Manager / Officer, Guest Services (Great World Serviced Apartments)
Job description
This position is for Great World Serviced Apartments, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
Responsibilities:
Administration duties:
- Tabulation of monthly birthday report.
- Sorting of daily mails for residents.
Front Office & Cashiering duties:
- Attend to resident's check-in and check-out.
- Handle cashier duty, i.e. Payment received from residents.
- Prepare arrival and departure documentation.
- Assist with programming of keycards.
- Handle residents' requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Provide information on facilities, services, places of interest and events to residents when required.
- Respond to emails from residents and other departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve residents' feedback or complaints.
- Posting of miscellaneous transactions and receipts in system.
Resident Events and Children's Activities:
- Participate in the brainstorming session and provide suggestions for monthly resident events and children's activities.
- Assist with the sourcing of services and products for the events and activities.
- Execute and participate in the events and activities.
Facilities:
- Assist with daily routine inspection for facilities and report on defects.
- Perform daily cleaning of Starbucks self-serve kiosk.
- Assist residents with booking of facilities (Tennis Court, Collab, Meet & BBQ) and preparation of facilities prior to commencement of booking session.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel / serviced apartments / customer service.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism.
- Any 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays.
- Shift work (7:30am - 4:30pm / 1-10pm).
