Nutrition Asia Group is an enterprising distribution business established in 2009, representing a range of high-quality sports nutrition and lifestyle products from the US, Europe, Australia, and NZ. Nutrition Asia has expanded its business footprint aggressively over the past 5 years with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. We work and supply, sport, fitness, grocery, and specialty channels and continue to grow into new and expanded areas.

Job Overview:
The DTC Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing our DTC websites to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing website operations, improving e-commerce performance, and leading digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:
    - Oversee daily website operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    - Work with teams to update content, add new features, and improve functionality.
    - Focus on boosting conversion rates, sales, and customer retention.
    - Implement strategies like A/B testing to improve website performance.
    - Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    - Report on key metrics like traffic and sales, providing actionable insights.
    - Ensure a positive online shopping experience for customers.
    - Gather and act on customer feedback to improve the website.
    - Track KPIs like sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention to refine strategies and improve site performance.
  • Digital Marketing:
    - Lead digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
    - Work closely with digital marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other channels.
  • Collaboration:
    - Work with different teams (product, IT, marketing) to align digital strategies.
    - Coordinate with external partners like digital agencies.
    - Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, payment gateways, third-party apps, and other vendors.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in E-commerce or Digital Marketing, focusing on DTC websites.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to meet challenges, deadlines, and work in a revenue-focused environment.
