We are representing our client, a large pharmaceutical company with global presence, to search for an experienced Downstream Process Development Director/Snr Director to join their fast-growing team. The Director/Snr Director will lead the downstream development team, manage timelines and resources to develop robust process to meet the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, lead, train and develop a high performing team to perform well in a dynamic environment
2. Oversee the entire downstream process development
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional heads to coordinate works across other functions and business units
4. Interface with other internal teams and clients effectively
5. Guide risk assessment and mitigation strategy development.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. MS or PhD with relevant experience
2. Prior leadership and people management experience
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Chinese and English
4. In-depth knowledge of biologics manufacturing and purification processes is a MUST
5. Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and clients
6. Experience in necessary regulatory submissions
