Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dormitory Supervisor cum Storeman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, team management, and communication within the dormitory facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and allocate rooms for the internal and sub-contractors' workers.
• Prepare and maintain all the check-in and check-out records in the system.
• Liaise with HQ and Site for dormitory-related matters.
• Attend to company requests and handle workers’ problems.
• Conduct random room inspections to check on general upkeep and verify that only authorized persons reside in the units.
• Perform joint inspections for taking over non-renewal units and handing over new tenancy units.
• Responsible for all administration-related matters in the dormitory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (e.g., in and out reporting) and perform regular stock checks.
• Organize storage areas to ensure accessibility and neatness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in dormitory management.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Alert and possess good observational skills.
• Experience in the Security Industry will be an advantage.
