Documentation cum Inventory Executive - $3800/ Central

An established organization in the Logistics Industry

Basic Salary Up to $3800 + Staff Benefits + Variable Bonus

Work Location: Central/ 5 Days Week (9 am to 6 pm)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data entry, creation of inventory reports and other documentation.
2. Responsible for storage billing, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
3. Update and monitor permit status.
4. Manage and generate storage documentation, including storage agreements and insurance documentation.
5. Archiving and systematic filing of all department documents.
6. Perform basic visual check of items received.
7. Coordinate and execute stock takes.
8. Support day to day activities, including retrieval of items incoming or outgoing from warehouse.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma qualification.
2. 2 years of relevant work experience in documentation and data entry work.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle large amounts of data. Experience with collections management systems or other database systems preferred.
4. Able to work accurately with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
