Job Title: Project Site Administrator / Document Controller

Responsibilities:
Provide professional administrative support on project site.
Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
Handle project public relation issues and serve as the primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.
Maintain relationships and communicate project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attend to and resolve complaints from external parties.
Act as project document controller and perform administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, and storage of project documents (correspondences), and handle all incoming telephone calls.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines, and fax machines.
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors as deemed fit.
Requirements:
NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘N’ level.
Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in a construction environment.
Skills required: computer skills, understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work independently with initiative and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
