Doctor In-Charge (Doctor I/C)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Doctor In-Charge (Doctor I/C) to lead operations at our clinic at Beach Road. The ideal candidate will manage clinical care, administrative responsibilities and patient engagement across multiple service channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care & Treatment:

• Conduct in-clinic consultations and provide medical and minor surgical treatments.
• Deliver virtual consultations, teleconsultations, and counselling services.
• Provide home-based medical services, treatments, and therapies.

Teleconsultation Platforms:

• Engage with government-related and corporate teleconsultation platforms for patient care.

Clinic Administration:

• Oversee all administrative operations as the Doctor In-Charge of the Clinic.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s medical regulations and clinic SOPs.

CGO Duties:

• Carry out designated CGO (Clinic Governance Officer) responsibilities to uphold quality standards.

Corporate Participation:

• Actively attend company-wide business meetings, either in-person or via Zoom, as required.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) or Master of Medicine (MMED).
• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with prior leadership or management roles preferred.
• Proficient in telemedicine and comfortable with virtual healthcare platforms.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
