Our client, a leading insurer, is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for the role of Distribution Executive (Life Insurance). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Distribution: Drive overall sales growth through the successful recruitment and activation of new agents.
2. Training and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and guidance to new agents during their initial period to ensure their success.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial, Finance, Economics, or relevant Field with strong insurance knowledge.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
3. Skills: Driven, self-motivated, strategic, innovative, analytical, and strong communicator.
