Keep cleanliness levels to a high standard throughout these dedicated areas and assist in relevant operational duties and processes
Complete all required standards checks and inspections as required
To keep cleanliness within all areas a consistently high level of expectations, creating a memorable experience for every guest
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Adhere to Singapore’s health and safety standards and protocol
To adhere and fully understand chemical usage and safety
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Acknowledge all guests according to the company standards
General Cleaning:
Sweeping, Mopping, and Vacuuming: Maintaining cleanliness of floors
Dusting: Removing dust from surfaces and fixtures
Sanitizing and Disinfecting: Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and countertops
Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
Surface Cleaning: Wiping down desks, tables, countertops, and other surfaces
Kitchen and Dishwashing Cleaning:
Cleaning kitchen appliances, countertops, and food preparation surfaces
Ensuring the availability of clean dishes for the kitchen, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
Preparing kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking crockery and equipment for cook stations
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as ventilation hood, deep fat fryer, grill, piano, plancha, stove, salamander
Unloading and storing deliveries
Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans
Ensuring all cleaning equipment used is clean
Other Responsibilities:
Stocking Supplies: Restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels)
Equipment Handling: Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and floor scrubbers
Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety and health standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintaining Organization: Keeping cleaning areas tidy and organized
