As the leader of the Operations Technology team, you will be part of the APAC China Supply Chain Operations (APAC CN SCO) organization under the VP of APAC CN SCO. The mandate of the team is to enable decision making and improve processes across APAC CN SCO by applying technology and data. The scope will cover IT in operations from daily support and project implementation to work on strategic developments in the demand/supply/distribution space.
As the LEGO Group embarked on a digital transformation journey and technology becomes a huge part of every initiative, there is a close collaboration needed between the business and digital organizations to ensure the smooth execution of complex strategies. The role is a key leader in bringing to life the company strategy around channel shift, in planning and distribution execution and digitalization.
