Job description

Monitoring, Maintenance and Compliances

  1. Establish monitoring process to monitor the performance of smart facilities systems, including ACMV, lighting, vertical transport, access control, security systems, etc.
  2. Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations/requirements/industry standards, implementing appropriate measures/protocols to ensure proper functioning and compliance of the facility/system, including hardware, software, and networks.
  4. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of smart systems and minimize downtime.
  5. Develop user manuals, guides, and FAQs to facilitate self-help and conduct training sessions for staff members and stakeholders to promote efficient system utilization.

Performance Analysis

  1. Collect and analyze data from smart facility/systems to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  2. Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable recommendations, and track progress towards defined goals.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations to management, highlighting the impact of technology solutions on facility/system operations and performance.

Technology Integration and Optimization

  1. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to the facility/system.
  2. Conduct research and evaluations of new technologies, assessing their potential impact and benefits relevant to facility/system, such as building automation systems, energy management systems, asset tracking systems, predictive maintenance tools, etc.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand facility requirements and objectives, and develop strategies for integrating technology solutions into existing systems and processes.
  4. Establish performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the effectiveness of technology solutions, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Ensure seamless integration between different technologies, systems, and platforms, enabling data exchange and efficient communication.

Project Coordination and Management

  1. Develop, execute, and support any pilot project and proof of concepts trial for the facility/system.
  2. Collaborate and coordinate with internal, external, and cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and other relevant stakeholders or vendors.
  3. Understand the project and provide inputs on facility/system requirements to safeguard operations and performance.

Job Requirement

  1. Proven experience in implementing and managing technology solutions for facilities management.
  2. Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of facility/systems.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  4. Project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  6. Proactive, strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
