Responsibilities

This is a Business Development role within the Services Incubator team. This role is responsible for driving the next generation services to support our Security Solutions Platforms.

  • Responsible for business development of Advisory Services to our Security Solutions Platforms (authentication, authorization, fraud, disputes/chargeback). Work includes (but not limited to) system optimization & customization, analytics, UX/UI / TOM design.
  • Responsible for driving coordination within Sales, Platform, and Product teams focused on the above.
  • Will serve as the face of Mastercard D&S to senior-level client stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Will partner with Security Solution leads to develop a plan for services to support their strategic imperatives.
  • Will work closely with delivery teams for an effective joint go-to-market and to ensure best-in-class value delivery.

All About You

  • Strong understanding of payment solutions (authentication, authorization, fraud, chargebacks), latest trends, new innovative products and services, etc.
  • Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships based on empathy, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise.
  • Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence in order to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across markets and divisions.
  • A proven attitude for learning technical terms and developing an understanding of complex technical products.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
  • Strong consulting or digital transformation solutions selling background.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum / MBA preferred.
