We are looking for a Director, Sales - Corporate (Singapore) to join our team!
As a Director, Sales - Corporate (Singapore) we rely on you to:
- Oversee the multi-property Corporate Business Development (proactive) team.
- Implement all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels.
- Develop strategies to secure and/or maintain preferred hotel status for Corporate accounts and optimize revenue contributions from these managed accounts for all Singapore hotels.
- Solicit and drive transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
- Qualify prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing accounts and solicit new business.
- Proactively partner with Business Conversation team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
- Actively support and execute group-wide sales initiatives, e.g., Special promotions, Sales Missions, Business Development Weeks, Business Closing Weeks, etc.
- Support the development and maintenance of the client database and all other sales systems. Establish and maintain up-to-date client profiles in all relevant systems.
