Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and operational support to our Director. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly efficient in multitasking, and able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Arrange and oversee travel bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Assist with personal errands, reservations, and event coordination.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and provide executive summaries for decision-making.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • High level of professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, Hokkien and Bahasa/Malay preferred for translation support.
