Responsibilities:

• Oversee billing and claims management, ensuring accurate and timely bill generation and claims submission.
• Lead and enhance the Financial Counselling (FC) process and system for improved efficiency.
• Supervise financial counselling, billing, collections, and patient queries to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvements in FC, billing, collections, and refund processes for efficiency.
• Liaise with MOH, CPF Board, and authorities on healthcare finance policies and compliance.
• Implement billing system enhancements to align with Medisave, MediShield, and MediFund policy changes.
• Manage and track MediFund applications, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Optimize patient receivables collection and financial risk management in collaboration with 1FSS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in hospital billing, claims, or healthcare finance.
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems, billing software, Medisave, MediShield, and MediFund compliance.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, change management, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
