Focus on the private wealth management segment, including high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and family offices. Develop a strong understanding of the wealth management landscape and build a robust network within this segment.
Create and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including direct prospecting, referrals, and organizing events.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s platforms, products, and solutions to effectively match and differentiate offerings based on private wealth clients’ trading and investment needs.
Lead internal initiatives to enhance platforms, products, and solutions to better meet the needs of private wealth clients.
Independently plan and work towards achieving personal sales targets while leveraging team resources and collaborating with peers and other departments within the company.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with family offices and HNW clients, ensuring long-term client retention and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in business development, working with HNW clients or family offices, particularly in trading, investment products, platforms, or solutions.
Experience advising private wealth clients on investment strategies and asset allocation.
Self-driven with the ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle.
Strong knowledge of multi-asset classes, with a focus on equities trading. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate trading platforms and solutions.
