Job description

We are looking for a Director of Sales & Event Coordinator who has a strong base of corporate clients and a proven track record of bringing in business. This role is not just about sales—it’s about executing large-scale F&B events, managing logistics, and leading service excellence.

You will oversee corporate catering, private dining, and large-scale events (e.g., weddings, 1000-pax events), ensuring smooth planning and execution. From securing new business to managing event logistics, hiring teams, and leading service operations, you will be the key person driving our event success.

Location: Singapore (On-site, Central Region)
Salary: $4,000 - $6,000/month

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Business Development (Most Crucial)

  • Bring in corporate clients – Proven ability to secure corporate catering, private events, and high-end F&B clients.
  • Develop & execute sales strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage client relationships – Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients and event planners.

Event & Campaign Execution

  • Plan & execute large - scale events (e.g., weddings, corporate catering, 1000-pax events).
  • Oversee all event logistics – Hiring part-timers, vendor coordination, event proposals, and on-ground execution.
  • Work with F&B teams to conceptualize event menus, dining experiences, and campaign activations.

Service & Customer Experience Management

  • Manage client communications – Respond to inquiries, proposals, and coordinate event details.
  • Oversee customer service operations – Handle feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
  • Be present at key events – Ensure smooth execution and an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong client base & sales skills – Proven track record of bringing in corporate clients and high-value events.
  • Event execution expertise – Experience planning & managing large-scale catering, weddings, and high-end events.
  • Leadership & operations skills – Ability to lead service teams, event crews, and logistics planning.
  • Excellent customer service management – Skilled in handling client feedback, service quality, and issue resolution.
  • Industry connections (MUST)– Strong network with vendors, suppliers, event planners, and staffing agencies.
  • Multi-tasker with hands-on approach – Ability to coordinate vendors, reply to clients, manage events, and problem-solve.
