Locations: Singapore and India

Senior leaders will be required to oversee regional investigations teams across South and Southeast Asia delivering pre-transaction due diligence, fraud investigations, and dispute support.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead professionals conducting pre-transaction due diligence for investments and business partnerships—uncovering critical intelligence beyond publicly available financial and legal disclosures.
2. Oversee investigations supporting legal disputes, including arbitration, litigation, and asset recovery.
3. Direct complex fraud and misconduct investigations in response to allegations, ensuring actionable insights for clients.
4. Manage enhanced background checks on key executive hires, identifying risks that standard screenings may miss.
5. Build relationships with clients across financial services, corporates, and law firms, advising on risk mitigation strategies.

Suitable Profiles:

1. Proven leadership experience in corporate investigations, due diligence, or intelligence gathering.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory, legal, and business environments in South and Southeast Asia.
3. Track record of managing high-stakes investigations and delivering insights that impact decision-making.
4. Ability to work across jurisdictions and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
