About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with leadership across Singapore and APAC. In this pivotal role, you will drive organizational development, talent strategy, and culture transformation while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights and influencing key people decisions.
  • Future-Ready Workforce: Identify and develop critical capabilities to build a high-performing, agile, and inclusive workforce.
  • Culture & Change Leadership: Champion culture evolution by partnering with HR and business teams to design and implement impactful change initiatives.
  • Talent & Succession Planning: Develop and execute talent strategies to ensure robust pipelines for critical roles, overseeing key talent decisions, rewards, and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex ER matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Design, review, and update HR policies, contracts, and procedures to align with business objectives and legal standards.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with country HR teams and COEs to deliver seamless and innovative HR solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with a strong focus on talent management and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on workforce planning, performance, and D&I initiatives.
  • Expertise in employee relations and deep knowledge of APAC labor laws (Singapore experience essential).
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, results-driven, and adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
