Ensures operational excellence in driving the company’s business growth locally and globally in accordance with the company expansion plan.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

  1. Assists in implementing strategies for operational management and development to meet organizational plans and goals within budgets and timelines.
  2. Works closely with the Group CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans.
  3. Sets KPIs & strategizes on expansion and operational improvement plans.
  4. Assists in the continuous evolution of the current brand or development of new dining concepts to keep our business relevant to the market.
  5. Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
  6. Identifies and evaluates strategic business opportunities for the company’s growth and expansion via M&A/partnerships.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  1. Motivates and leads a high-performance management team to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives set by the company.
  2. Provides day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
  3. Grooms and builds a team of motivated F&B professionals for the company’s aggressive expansion plan.
  4. Oversees and ensures the smooth running of all aspects of restaurant operations.
  5. Defines processes and monitoring systems to ensure food and services adhere to high-quality standards.
  6. Is responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internally and externally.
  7. Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer from time to time.
