Responsibilities:

• Business partnering and financial subject matter expert to the line
• Oversee the overall performance of Customer Value Fixed Broadband & Content (CVFB), Digital Products and Partnerships (DPP) and Customer Management, Operations & Excellence (CMOE)

Make an Impact by:

• Ensure proper closing of financials under CVFB, DPP and CMOE and for entities STEL, SNET, STDM and GOP.
• Review and monitor monthly financial performance vs budget/forecast, understand and monitor business drivers and call out variance for prompt business action.
• Business partner CVFB, DPP and CMOE for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercises.
• Review, analyse and present quarter financials for BUMC, MD&A and Quarterly Product P & L.
• Review financial justifications or business cases and capex proposals and marketing programs and promotions.
• Provide ongoing business partnering support and work closely with Business Unit operations for strategy, tactical offers and other ad hoc decision making.
• Support the implementation of systems rollout, support and streamline internal processes.
• Ensure the financials of CVFB, DPP and CMOE are properly consolidated and coordinate with other Finance teams and take a leadership role in driving the reporting to the Business Unit Heads.
• Regularly review the product profitability and financial trending and work closely with the business to address any anomalies, undesirable trends and / or negative financial impact from both macro environment and internal actions.
• Ensure the audited financial statements of SNET, STDM and GOP are filed timely and with no unresolved issue.
• Oversee the processes and controls of both the business and the finance operations supporting the business to minimise any control concerns.
• Lead and coach the finance team to ensure development of individuals and overall success of the team.
