We are looking for a Director, Commercial Sales (Singapore) to join our team!
As a Director, Commercial Sales (Singapore) we rely on you to:
- Oversee the multi-property Business Development (proactive) sales team.
- Manage the day-to-day sales efforts of the Business Development team, focusing on the development and implementation of successful solicitation strategies for all Global RFPs, locally managed Corporate and Government accounts, and Associations globally to meet and/or exceed both negotiated transient and group room goals for the hotels.
- Initiate, direct, and manage all negotiated account sales activities to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives.
- Proactively work with the Business Conversion team to source new business from within each market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and assisting with the conversion of business to maximize revenue for the hotels.
- Assist with and attend in-house marketing activities, familiarization trips, client hospitality evenings, presentations, site inspections, and other promotional activities.
- Gather and share information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets.
