Job description
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of Membership and Guest Services (MGS) functions.
Co-ordinate with casino marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
Lead and communicate to MGS team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
Work closely with Compliance, Audit and IT teams to ensure regulatory and compliance protocols and processes are meticulously included and carried out
Support the Vice President/ Assistant Vice President in the development and implementation of process improvements, systems enhancements, training programs and projects as assigned for MGS team members.
Supervise transactions performed by MGS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Minimum ten years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in an integrated resort or in relevant industry and in a supervisory role.
