Senior Director, Financial Performance

This position is based in our Singapore office, located at Capital Tower (Tanjong Pagar mrt).

You will be responsible for:

• Driving Strategic Financial Performance: Lead and oversee departmental targets, ensuring financial goals and key performance metrics align with organizational objectives.
• Optimizing Operational Practices: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational practices, implementing innovative strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Upholding Safety Standards: Champion adherence to regulatory and safety protocols, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
• Building a High-Performance Team: Cultivate a motivated, high-performing workforce through targeted training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Aligning Business Operations with Core Values: Ensure all business activities are in harmony with the company's mission and values, reinforcing our commitment to integrity and excellence.
• Enhancing Customer Experience: Investigate customer satisfaction levels, proactively addressing concerns and implementing improvements to elevate the customer experience.
• Collaborating with Leadership: Partner with department heads and senior management to drive team performance, maximizing productivity and innovation.
• Fueling Revenue Growth: Strategize and lead initiatives to expand profitability, identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
• Overseeing Asset Management: Review and approve equipment investments, ensuring resources align with operational needs and budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in directorial capacity in the fintech industry.
• Experience with international financial trading markets (Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Chinese language to communicate with our headquarters in Shanghai, China.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work as a team member as well as independently.
• Skilled with financial statements and strong financial modeling skills.
• High commitment and ability to work under a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum depending on experience.
