Summary: Develop and implement construction strategies, oversee projects, manage finances, lead teams, ensure compliance, and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company goals, set objectives, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
2. Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion, ensuring project adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all construction projects, monitor project costs, and authorize expenditures.
4. Lead and mentor the construction team, foster a positive, safety-oriented work environment, and ensure proper training and development.
5. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, implement risk management practices, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction laws and standards.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and stakeholders, address client concerns, and develop and maintain positive relationships with key industry contacts.
7. Identify and implement innovative construction techniques, materials, and technologies, promote sustainable construction practices, and analyze performance data to improve processes.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Diploma Certificate in a related area preferred.
2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Certifications: Professional certifications in related areas.
4. Driving License: More advantageous.
