Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
Provide leadership, source and execute investment opportunities to increase investment portfolio.
Lead due diligence, direct transaction team and coordinate transaction execution and closing.
Monitor and assure data integrity and performance return accuracy for clients and partners.
Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.
Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.
Coach, develop and mentor the team in their career development.
Maintain good working relationships with clients.
Ensure that the company continues to make profits and grow investors’ wealth.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
At least 10 years’ experience in Management roles.
Good knowledge about e-commerce as well as import and export processes.
High level of business awareness and acumen.
Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
