Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the logistical requirements of our projects, both locally and overseas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating work to senior colleagues and their teams, meeting regularly with clients, third parties, and managers to report on progress, and setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, and proven working experience in curtain wall management. They will also have advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods, as well as expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess excellent time and project management skills, leadership skills, business management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
