About the Department

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and lead the corporate solution team to book traditional roadshows to support the direct sales team in acquiring business.
  2. Guide the team to focus on e-deployments to generate leads for both telesales and direct sales channels.
  3. Provide expert business assistance and insight to drive sales, improve processes, and increase production.
  4. Liaise with the sales team and branch product team to enhance communication and support business objectives.
  5. Anticipate potential issues and areas of concern before rolling out new programs, initiatives, and/or promotions.
  6. Contribute valuable insights and direction for key support initiatives based on previous management and selling roles.
  7. Identify product knowledge gaps and best practices to provide additional training. Advise and train new staff to ensure corporate solution officers have full knowledge and skills within origination systems. Collaborate with Onboarding and Training teams to enhance curriculum as needed for Sales Staff.
  8. Review new sales/policy/credit changes and provide suggestions on communication verbiage to the field.
  9. Offer expert assistance on pipeline management, origination input, and best practices.
  10. Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and manage and report control issues with transparency while supervising the activity of others and creating accountability for those who fail to maintain these standards.
