Taking on the position of a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will report to the Trade Strategy Manager. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our digital ecosystem to streamline commercial operations and drive efficiency. You'll lead the end-to-end rollout of digital tools and system improvements—from managing retailer portals and sales applications to developing centralized reporting systems—all in line with our strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Regularly review core sales workflows to pinpoint opportunities where digital solutions can drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
Retail Portal Oversight: Serve as the primary custodian for our digital retail platform—ensuring content is current, thoroughly tested, and updated based on both local needs and global strategy.
Sales Tools Enhancement: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and IT to deploy and refine digital sales applications that align with regional and headquarters’ plans.
Reporting System Management: Work with IT and cross-functional teams to maintain a centralized reporting hub (e.g., Power BI), conduct user trainings, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent upkeep.
New Digital Initiatives: Identify and lead projects to introduce or improve digital solutions, proposing innovative ideas that align with our broader digital strategy.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in digital sales or marketing roles, with a preference for those with a background in multinational FMCG environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales technology platforms, Power BI, digital applications, and MS Office; strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving.
