Job description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition. This role involves managing multiple digital channels, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Digital Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display networks. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.

SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Monitor and manage SEM campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Website Analysis (Traffic and Consumer Drop-Off Touchpoints): Conduct an in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns and identify consumer drop-off touchpoints, providing actionable recommendations to optimize the user journey and enhance conversion rates.

Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers. Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and content, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for specialized services such as programmatic advertising or influencer marketing.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Experiment with new formats, channels, and strategies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing or gaming environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of online user behavior and trends.
Familiarity with the gaming industry and gaming culture is a plus.
