Job Summary

The Digital Content and Social Media Developer is a key role focused on creating and curating engaging content for the organization’s digital platforms. This position emphasizes content creation and social media management, driving audience engagement and enhancing the organization’s online presence. The developer will work closely with the appointed PR agency, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee the editorial direction for various digital channels, including social media and the corporate website. Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation and Curation
    1. Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the corporate website, tailored to the interests of diverse audience segments.
    2. Curate relevant articles, graphics, and multimedia content that align with the organization’s messaging and objectives.
  2. Social Media Management
    1. Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and brand representation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
    2. Create and implement social media campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and organizational updates, fostering community interaction and increasing follower engagement.
  3. Visual Content Production
    1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos for promotional use on digital platforms, ensuring all visual content adheres to organizational standards.
    2. Edit and process visual materials to enhance their appeal and effectiveness across various communication channels.
  4. Editorial Oversight
    1. Oversee the editorial planning and content scheduling for digital publications, ensuring timely and relevant dissemination of information.
    2. Collaborate with writers, designers, and team members to ensure the quality and consistency of all content produced.
  5. Website Content Management
    1. Assist in updating and maintaining the corporate website, ensuring it reflects current information, events, and organizational messaging.
