Digital Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, develop, and manage marketing collaterals (brochures, catalogues, labels, direct mailers, etc.) for a group of companies.

2. Collaborate with the Sales Support Team and Marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.

3. Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies to maximize sales on e-shop and online marketplaces.

4. Manage content for a group of companies’ websites and social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

5. Prepare and create Sales Kits for local and overseas presentations.

6. Handle in-house marketing communication activities, including preparing, drafting, and collating marketing materials, photography, and other support.

7. Coordinate and work with external designers, copywriters, printers, photographers, agency partners, vendors, and suppliers.

8. Oversee content management and marketing management of a group of companies’ websites.

9. Manage day-to-day website operations, including updates, revisions, and new content postings.

10. Track performance and review marketing campaigns launched.

11. Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and social media visuals using AI-based tools.

12. Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Good command of written English.

2. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

3. Ability to think creatively and work independently.

4. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or online sales.

5. Proven knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

6. Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and design.
