Job Description
Create unique digital content and plan the development and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO, to drive traffic and sales.
Propose a strategic direction for our email marketing campaigns, website, and accounts on social media platforms.
Conceptualize and design marketing and product concept advertisements, event displays, and promotional materials & brochures.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team for promotion campaigns.
Liaising with suppliers and sourcing of marketing-related products.
Ability to copy write captions at Facebook/ IG/ XHS, email, landing page & other marketing promotion materials.
Propose campaign budget, strategically allocate resources, and monitor digital marketing campaign spent.
Manage and ensure the quality of content on our company’s social media accounts.
Render excellent & timely support for customers' enquiries, feedback, order-related matters with a sense of urgency.
Work closely with office and warehouse operation, courier to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and always review the fulfilment / delivery options.
Communicate with relevant departments and parties to ensure the use of the right tone and messaging.
Develop, implement, and adapt marketing strategies.
Create frameworks for communication with target audiences.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic.
Undertaking daily administrative tasks pertaining to marketing and sales.
Able to explain Company's product well.
May need to attend to walk-in customers at the Showroom.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
1+ years of experience in social media content development with execution of at least 6 successful social media campaigns.
Experience with MS Office and multimedia software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and other professional creative software.
Experience in managing accounts on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Experience with digital media and video production, social media marketing, and digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Suite Insights, Google Analytics, Google Ads.
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media optimization (SMO).
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Self-motivated, independent, results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Salary commensurate with experience.
5.5 working days per week.
