Digital Product Manager

Job Description:

Our client is a well-established bank and they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of retail banking products. The successful candidate will drive product innovation, customer experience, and business growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
• Define product roadmaps, strategies, and go-to-market plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, digital banking trends, and customer behavior.
• Proven track record of managing product development, launch, and lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product development is a plus.
