About the Role We're seeking aProduct Managerwith a strong background in bothB2C and B2B product management, with hands-on experience acrosse-commerce platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce)andCRM systems. In this role, you'll focus on enhancing digital product experiences, optimizing online sales channels, and contributing to the development of our internal CRM to better serve both consumers and business clients.
Reporting to theLead Product Manager, you’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and development teams to execute product strategies, improve platform functionality, and drive growth across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Growth Manage website product listings, checkout flows, and UX on platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce. Support go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotions, and pricing. Implement initiatives to drive customer engagement and digital sales.
E-Commerce & CRM Development Optimize platform performance, product updates, and inventory flows. Support the evolution of our internal CRM system to better align with business needs. Understand and incorporate B2B workflows (invoicing, order management, business accounts) into CRM development. Track and report on KPIs like conversion rates, user behavior, and sales trends.
Market Research & Data-Driven Insights Conduct customer and industry research across both B2C and B2B markets. Benchmark competitors to inform product positioning and strategy. Leverage analytics and feedback for continuous product improvement. Collaborate across teams to align on product roadmaps and priorities. Deliver clear, actionable updates to the Lead Product Manager. Coordinate execution of product enhancements and system integrations.
What We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years in product management, e-commerce, or digital experience roles.
Proven track record with B2C models and customer engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B processes is a strong plus.
Skills
Digital Platform Management: Ability to manage storefronts and improve conversion funnels.
CRM & B2B Knowledge: Understanding of business customer flows, invoicing, and CRM functionality.
