Responsibilities

1. Develop and produce compelling original digital content that aligns thematically with the content brands and resonates with young audiences across various digital platforms.
2. Handle videography, lighting, and sound effectively.
3. Perform digital video editing including video effects, soundtrack editing, audio graphic equalization, and vision mixing for post-production.
4. Manage tapeless media files on storage devices.
5. Suggest alternative production techniques to optimize equipment usage.
6. Manage production resources to ensure the team is equipped with all necessary production capabilities.
7. Establish sound networks in the industry, including strategic content partnerships and digital content creators.
8. Lead the creative production of digital brands.
9. Work closely with the creative team and external production houses to ensure successful development, execution, and delivery of content.
10. Create both bite-sized and short to medium form content for a digital market.

Qualifications

1. Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Visual Communication / Film / Media Studies or any related discipline.
2. At least 2 to 3 years' experience in digital content production across various digital platforms.
3. Proven track record as a digital content producer and creative storyteller.
4. Experience working with different formats of content, ranging from video and infographics to podcasts and feature stories of different beats.
5. Strong industry network is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of digital video editing including video effects, soundtrack editing, audio graphic equalization, and vision mixing for post-production.
7. Familiarity with various file formats and conversions.
8. Must be creative, technically inclined, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
9. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, video encoding, compression, etc.
10. An understanding of what drives web content, social media, and how it should be presented.
11. Wide interest and knowledge of local young adult audiences' preferences and digital/social media trends.
12. Good organizational and time management skills.
