Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of brand and product marketing strategies to meet business goals and boost revenue and engagement.
• Manage social media content strategy to increase awareness, conversions, and engagement.
• Plan and create short video content to support marketing goals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, media, other brands, and stakeholders.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on social media to increase online visibility and achieve goals.
• Host and manage livestreams for product launches and online sales, engaging directly with the audience.
• Work with the eCommerce and trade marketing teams on brand campaigns and product launches.
• Write clear and engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Prepare monthly reports on brand and competitor performance, providing insights and identifying growth opportunities.
• Keep up with industry trends to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a 360 marketing role, ideally in FMCG/beauty.
• Passionate about social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram; skilled in creating/editing short-form videos and hosting livestreams.
• Familiar with WordPress and blog content creation.
• Strong aesthetic sense; basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or online image-editing software like Photopea preferred.
