Our services encompass Vending & Advertising Solutions, Product Distribution Solutions, and Branding & Marketing Solutions, all integrated into our unique Total Commerce framework.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be working closely with the Product Distribution team and be part of the pioneer team in Singapore, creating and executing direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive online consumer awareness and preference towards our distribution brands and solutions.

Job Description

Full Time Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

  1. Social media & SEO management and maintenance.
  2. Develop marketing materials: product images, social media collateral, videos, event presentations, press releases.
  3. Create engaging written & pictorial content for target audiences that are consistent with brand identity.
  4. Create and review meaningful content on social media platforms and websites to improve customer engagement, maintaining public awareness and promoting social media campaigns.
  5. Support online campaigns, including banner uploads and affiliate marketing.
  6. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams.
  7. Assist in campaigns and exhibitions.
  8. Prepare monthly marketing reports.
  9. Perform other assigned tasks.

E-commerce Operation:

  1. Manage customer service and orders.
  2. Assist in creating and updating website and marketplace content.
  3. Plan and execute promotion mechanics, campaigns, and partnerships consistently and regularly.
  4. Analyze website & marketplace sales data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Prepare monthly marketing reports.

Advantage to have:

  • Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
  • PPC experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Relevant Degree in Marketing, Design, Graphic Design or Visual Communication, Mass Communications/Info Communication with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  3. Competent in using both current and evolving social media tools and analytics.
  4. Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums, etc.
  5. Good understanding and proficiency in local online marketplaces is a plus.
  6. Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects, excellent communication skills, a team player, ability to multitask, and good time management.
  7. Comfortable working in a Hybrid Remote Work Arrangement.
