Digital Marketing Specialist

To integrate marketing campaigns and initiatives across different channels to successfully achieve business objectives that will enhance the company's image and reputation while generating more collaborations with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and optimise budget of marketing strategies.
2. Build, manage, and scale the company's marketing presence (social media, SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, etc.).
3. Content creation including design for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
4. Create and curate engaging content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
5. Plan, create, schedule, and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
6. Utilise AI tools for AI video content, content creation, campaigns, analytics, prompt writing, automation, and enhance content strategies.
7. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust as needed to improve results to optimise marketing efforts.
8. Conceptualise and design promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and social media graphics.
9. Stay updated on industry trends to create fresh and relevant content.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of website analysis and design, and digital ad serving tools.
2. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
3. Proficient in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
4. Proficient in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing, and CRM tools.
5. Proficient in AI tools.
6. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
7. Self-motivated, creative, resourceful, and able to think strategically and out of the box.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
